How much do all of the passengers weigh? What about a cooler full of beverages? Weight of a weight distributing hitch (can be 50-100# or so). The 'hitch weight' they quote may not include full propane and batteries. The spec on my TT is 270# hitch, actual weight 550# with full propane, WD hitch and battery.
The only way to know is to get actual weights, load up the truck with all passengers and gear you'd expect to carry..full tank of fuel and get it weighed. Ask the trailer seller to weight the tongue for an actual weight there, add in propane and batteries.
and excellent point above from ata3001 about not being equipped for towing. You can
request build sheet from RAM. Mine (2015 probably similar) has the following related to towing/cooling:
NHDP Heavy Duty Transmission Oil Cooler
NMCP Heavy Duty Engine Cooling
XFUS Trailer Tow w/4-Pin Connector Wiring
XF9 Add Class IV Receiver Hitch
XHC Trailer Brake Control
also 3.92 axles.
I wouldn't want to tow near capacity without the HD cooling for engine and trans at a minimum. If you have the 8HP70 auto trans 1st and 2nd are pretty low, axle ratio might be fine perhaps a bit sluggish uphill..
