I may be wrong, but to my knowledge, the only vehicles with drive on all four wheels that are towable, are what I'll call 4x4, where it's possible to shift the Transfer Case to Neutral, or the Transmission works out OK in Neutral with the TC in 2WD High Range.
All of the Ford cars and crossovers with a 6-cylinder engine are towable with AWD.
