The Tundra is a good tow vehicle when properly matched with the trailer and the gearing is just fine. See signature. Trailer GVW is 8400. Depending on conditions towing MPG can range from 8 to 10.5.
I rarely use CC and try to limit the speed to 65. Mine came with TRD exhaust but is otherwise stock.
