Yup, no surprise. Again depends if you're using rental ins policy or your own, whether the rental contract says no towing or not. (None of the typical Avis, Dollar Budget type rental outfits allow towing that I've seen.) have towed before with those though. Idk if my personal auto would cover or not. Didn't check and I don't buy rental insurance from the rental outfit.
Bottom line, it's just a reminder that the fine print is there for a reason. And one of those reasons is to prevent the use that a company may not want their vehicles used for.
