probably. the GVWR should be clearly marked on the frame like on the driver's side door. the GVWR is important so you know how much weight the frame can support including itself but as you so correctly state you need to weigh it to get the 'real story'. I hope your weigh ticket has separate axle weights. when we were shopping for a MH back in 2000 we found one and had it weighed by axle. we found the rear axle was overweight but the front axle was underweight by a similar but greater margin. had we simply put both axles on the scale at the same time it may have shown up as weighing about the same as the GVWR or certainly.
