I agree with this. That is why I suggested he loosen the chains so they are not pulling up on the bars and then insert the rod supports(or whatever they are called) that keep the bars in the same place when the chains are loosened. This will keep the bars from putting any pressure on the stinger just like the jacks do when adjusted "sloppy loose".
