The frig uses such a small flow of propane and it's outside the rv so it's unlikely to be the problem. I believe some of the explosions are from accidentally turning on the stove. I did it in the last TT I had. I was standing with my back/butt toward the stove talking to the wife while she was standing in the bathroom. I bumped the knob and shortly later I was smelling propane real bad. If it would have been on for long enough and the gas was escaping around the frig, yes, it could explode.
I think someone else on here mentioned the same thing when they were carrying some items and they fell against the stove.
