Towing wrangler battery questions
First time towing. When towing a wrangler what do you do to keep the wrangler battery from running down (key turn enough to release locked steering wheel). David

There has been an error in the Wrangler OM for a few years. To tell if you have a steering wheel lock simply try turning the steering wheel a full turn and back with no key in the ignition. It will be hard to turn since the power steering is not operating but can be done. If the wheel turns there is no reason at all to leave the key in ACC. And of course it has to be a 4 X 4 model with the TCase in neutral and tranny in park.
