Your right, your TH should have come with load G tires. My Cardinal at 12,000 lbs dry came with load G tires, even if they were Chinese ST tires. I kept them for two years and off they came, now Goodyear G 614 LT tires. Rv manufactures save LOT's of money by using cheap ST tires.
I would stay on Heartland about this and let them handle Towmax, unless Towmax steps up. Heartland chose those tires just like they chose each appliance / everything else in your TH.
