you will just have to buy what ever you leave in the old Tt for the new TT so take it all

I agree. If you were selling the unit privately, the new owner may appreciate the items you left in the TT.
I'd like to agree with both of you, but don't. I've sold / traded several trailers of different types but there's one common theme - a) some additions I've made over the years just aren't practical to remove, extra cabinet doors being an example b) anytime I've sold privately the new owners
never fully appreciated the advantages of anything I have left behind and each time I have done this I've kicked myself later for
not removing said device, one example being an inverter. Bottom line - if the item in question isn't practical to remove then leave it, if it is practical then remove it.

A dealer doesn't want your accessories or add-on equipment. Remove it then use, sell or give it away.
Definitely agree with this, dealers don't want
anything extra with the trailer, a battery or weight distribution system being examples. The reason is simple - when they later resell the trailer they're not interested in also reselling used accessories when their business is selling new accessories. Same bottom line - leave what's not practical to remove but do keep anything else that is practical to remove.
