Tragedy leads to no camping at Cottonwood, AZ Walmart
News from my home town. No camping/overnight parking We seldom park at Walmart etc... over night, but I do hate to see the opportunity to do so disappear.

One man's "vagrant" is another man's "urban outdoorsman"
Here are some of my tips for avoiding trouble while camping at Wally World:
1) Only dump your black tank in the storm drain between the hours of 4:00 and 5:00 AM
2) ABG (always be grillin). A tasty BBQ'd pork chop to a hungry security guard is as good as a bribe in most countries. If that doesn't work, throw in a cold beer.
3) Let them see you shopping. Customers always get preferential treatment. If you have to, go ahead and purchase something. You can always return it before you pull out. Bonus if it's something that you can use while camping, like the grill. It's amazing what wally world will take back, no questions asked!
