Trailer comes unhitched, kills 1.

Pretty tragic- http://www.wkyt.com/content/news/Road-shut-down-after-serious-crash-in-Lincoln-County-425179783.html No info on how in the world the trailer came loose....

My tow dolly will not accidently come off the ball because I installed a Hitch it Safe
