It looks to me that maybe there was a combination of too long of a TT for the tow vehicle...
I believe from what I saw in the video that a larger vehicle would have handled the situation better. Personally I would not use the TV in that video to tow that same TT. To be clear, I am speculating and certainly there could've been and probably certainly was other things that contributed to this event and it was not just the tow vehicle itself.
