OK, so here is my latest observation. I was following a DCNR truck in PA last Sunday, that had a bear cage trailer in tow. Nobody told the bear that he needs to ride in the forward part of the cage, so when he went to the back, the trailer started weaving badly. The truck pulled off into a nasty spot along a river and there was no safe place for me to pull over, so I couldn't offer any help. I hope he just commuted the bears sentence.
