If your talking about it cycles when not using water then you have a leak that needs fixed. Without any water being used the pump shouldn't cycle at all in over 24 hours. If I pressurize my system with FW pump and then turn it off with no use, 3 days later I can turn on the pump switch and still hasn't lost enough pressure to cause pump to cycle
If your talking about when using small amounts of water my guess would be you have lost your HW Tank air bubble. Drain and properly refill your HW Tank and see if that restores it back to original performance.
