When I was working, I needed water/sprayer in my vehicle. I bought a five gallon water container with the molded in upper carrying handle and a small 12 volt water pump, about 2" in diameter. I hose clamped the pump to the handle and attached a sprayer head. When I no longer needed it for work, I changed the sprayer head to 3/8" clear tubing. I measured the distance from where I needed to fill to my closest 12 volt connection, added some wire and a 12 volt cigarette plug on the end. Buy one of the small folding briefcase dollies and you have a compact system that is easy to transport and fill.
