Properly bending, flaring and assembling steel lines is fairly labor intensive vs rubber hoses.
So the biggest issue is cost. Assuming the shop used the proper hose the only real hazard is physical damage from the rubber hose rubbing against other items. Inspect carefully and ziptie as needed.
