Travel in windy conditions
How safe is it travel when the wind is blowing steady 15 to 25 mph. Plan to be on I-10 in west Texas going trough El Paso and then north on I-25. Have no experience towing under these conditions.

I travel in the Texas Panhandle all the time. If we let the wind stop us we wouldn't ever get to go. I do not like the side winds, but slow up and keep going. There is a limit. met a couple in Colorado, when traveling I40 close to Amarillo they hit a gust and turned over Carriage 5th. Use wisdom is the key. If you are worried then stay put.
