I avoid down town city areas like the plague. Very nerve-racking to navigate populated areas while towing. It wouldn't be bad if others realized your limitations of turning and seeing and cooperated in some fashion, but most just cut you off or beep or worse. My advice, go around unless you absoulutely have to go in for some reason.
