Yes, the 0 drop works well since my hitch hangs a few inches below my bumper since UHaul ordered me the incorrect hitch, but worked out since they honored the price and now it has a 18000 lbs capacity. I actually have to raise it with air bags for the toy-hauler since my tongue weight is 1600 lbs when empty.
