Well, the one I linked from etrailer is a 2-1/2", but it is only good for 1400lbs tongue weight and has no hook...
I think that's your only option though. Nobody else makes something like that because as I said earlier, the trucks heavy enough to use it are generally too high to tow a trailer with a 0" drop shank. There just isn't any market for it. You've got an oddball setup unfortunately.
