If you have a decent multimeter - plug in, let it sit for a day with everything turned off (except the converter), like it would be in storage. Then measure the voltage at the battery. If it's 13.4-13.7 V, you're good. Otherwise, get a good charger/maintainer - CTEK, Battery Minder, etc.
Just top up the water in the batteries before putting it in storage.
