2old has a legit beef. Trees blocking the entry/exit road are a safety issue and the land owner should deal with it.
My issue is with the many other posters indicating they carry tree trimming equipment and the attitude that they'll cut any tree in their way, regardless of anyone elses' interests. Every campground shouldn't have to cater to every camping configuration. Don't like the way the trees cover the sites, can't fit in without something hitting? Vote with your wallet and spend your $$$ at another park.
For me, a campground that looks rustic and wild is a selling point... If I wanted trimmed trees and manicured sites, I'd stay at one of those resort parks with paved parking pads, cable tv and a sewer dump at every site.
