I don't normally wade into these threads as there is no real right/wrong in this discussion. I learned years ago to carry pruners in my rig as not all campgrounds have timely maintenance. yes I have pruned branches/bush that would otherwise damage my rig and usually its in early spring. Yes I do provide feedback when filling out the automated surveys sent to me after the trip. Yes I understand that cutting trees/brush in provincial/national parks is a no no...but if the only thing standing between me using the site that was given to me or booked by me is an overhanging branch I shall prune it and get on with enjoying my trip. Please note I would not think of bringing out a hand or chainsaw unless a tree fell into a site while I occupied it.
I have the utmost respect for the rules of the campground, but sometimes maintenance cant get to every issue in a timely fashion.
