The ones I have were rather expensive but the man at Seneca Machining (Seneca SC) did an absolutely first class job.
They are things of beauty.
The man who made my replacement door latch.. Well I had to work on that a bit but I have some Machinist training and tools (Old farm boy after all, plus worked for a machinist for a bit) so Finished it and it works too.
If your basement latches are the same as mine he still has the pattern I left with him.
