I use RV Trip Wizard, pretty ez to use. Simple drag feature to change the route. With any tool, the end points depend on accurate GPS coordinates from the cg, fuel stops, etc and they are sometimes wrong. Not a big deal in a car, but ending up in a residential neighborhood with an RV is not good. So I like using the sat. view to verify I'm really going into an RV park and not someplace else.
