Has anyone found a trip planner that you can set for a specific number of miles or hours you want to drive in a day? Find it very hard to figure out where my next stop will be

We like to be off the road by 4pm
I look for three places. 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, just in case.
If there's a city on the way I like to get passed it the night before so I don't have to drive into it with rush hour traffic.
