Allstays does have a planning feature and will run on an Android tablet. I use RV Trip Wizard on a laptop. You set all your rig's parameters and tell it how long/far you want travel days to be, and it will draw a circle around your location at that radius and show campgrounds. Go to the rdge of the circle and start clicking on campgrounds. It has a link to campgroundreviews.com (formerly RVParkReviews) so you can go to the reviews directly from the wizard. We used this exclusively for planning our 11 week prairie states trip last summer.
