Rain and cold = Carharts and rubber rain gear to wear while fishing, or if there's space, setup an ez up awning by the water to stay dry under while your line soaks in the water. Propane radiant heaters to help keep ya warm.
Same deal outside, bring firewood that's good and dry, setup ez up awnings around fire pit, build giant fire, stay dry under awning while toasting smores.
