I hate to be Polly Positive to the point of exhaustion but I recall that last year, here in Ohio, our inland lakes were almost unboatable because it was too DRY.
As boater/campers it was not lost on me that we had endless weekends of hot, bone dry weather - and barely any recreational water. We needed rain.
