Not sure, he might of been a jerk, but from what I read here you where the one acting like a donkey.
IMHO, nobody should get a ticket for speeding thru a construction zone. Stop them, drag him to the start of zone, blindfold, and stand him in a barrel and put him on the line to protect the workers for a few hours!
So I am a "donkey" because I could put parts of the puzzle together???
I call that being observant of my surroundings.
To be clear there was ZERO signs on the road referring to speed change or construction.
