I leased an '06 Ridgeline to tow my boat. It did everything that I expected it to do. On ice and snow, it was OUTSTANDING, even better than both Jeeps that I have owned. I hate to say it but it would go places in heavy snow that would leave my my 2012 4X4 Ram 2500 stuck in a drift. Sure, I could jack up my Ram and put rediculous tires on it, but my comment was for both vehicles as delivered from the factory.
EDIT. My only disapointment with the Ridgeline was it's power and fuel economy. It wasn't very good in either category. At the end of the lease, I picked up a used '06 Dodge 4X4 1500 Hemi, because I needed to tow a heavier trailer. The Hemi outperformed the Ridgeline V-6 in both power and fuel economy, due to Dodges variable displacement (turning off cylinders at highway speed)
