TT weight question

With a 10k lb gvwr, your looking at about a 1200 lb tongue, plus the wdh, and gear carried in the truck. Leaving maybe 400 lbs for passengers.
Others in here more familiar with the truck may be able to confirm what the truck can be modded with, you certainly have the power, question becomes brakes and suspension for what you are looking at.
Two adults, a kid and the dog. The reason for the BH is the wife insists on the kid having his own room, and MB rooms are like hens teeth around here. I figure about 550 for passengers and 100 for gear (we pack lite).
And we have a family with 3 kids that always seems to follow us with their tent(s) ....... guess where all the kids end up?
I was planning on using my Reese dual cam system off the Passport, not sure how much weight it would add. The CGVWR of the GMC is around 25k, so really payload - like always - is my only real enemy......I think.
