Assuming your wheels and tires are the same, which I expect they are, your truck with airbags or Timbrens is functionally identical to a same year 3500 from a capability standpoint. Stock versus stock I believe the only difference is the rear spring pack. Just be sure you're properly registered for your weights and go camping. Your payload tag severely understates the actual capability of your truck.
You'd like the way a fifth wheel tows much better than a really big TT, imo. They're a lot more stable.
