Yes, the 395/80 interchange is mess now. It was a mess before they decided to fix it. The locals called it the 'Spaghetti bowl'. Reno has a lot of divided streets where you cannot make a right or left turn to an intersection street.
The state has been apologizing for the freeway construction, but it is needed and the locals seem willing to put up with the temporary inconvenience.
