Did you just miss the bad windstorm and the torrential rains that followed it? We had a very, very dry 3 month period with hardly any rain and then it came to a crashing end in the blink of an eye.
FWIW, I meant for my post to be tongue-in-cheek dry humor. Maybe should have added that... We drove around Reno a bit in the daylight today. Much easier in the daytime!
