Yes Reno has been under road construction for at least the last 10 years.
I use to do Hospital coverage there a lot and once you learn about 3 - 4 main streets you have it licked !
South Virginia Street ,Mill Street, Kietzke , Plumb Street and McCarran Blvd circles the whole city !
