I would fix the leak, but then I use my OTA antenna.
I do not know how big the hole is, but you can get EternaBond in 11x11" patches. this will cover up to a 9 or 10 inch hole.. Pre-fill the hole with something,,,, Body filler will work, Nice and smooth, then eternabond over it once set.
