Search turned up what I've already got: Looking for wrench/tool for TV cable that has a collar at the connector nuts. The tool I have won't fit over the collar on the new TV cable I had to get.

We got tired of screwing the TV cable into the RV outside RV connection and the campground connection. For a few bucks you can purchase screw in connectors to each end of your TV cable . This makes it possible to slide each end into of your TV cable into the RV & campground TV hookup. The adapters are available at Radio Shack & some Hardware stores.
