Would never park in one as a vacation in itself. Friendly but why be closer to my neighbors than I am at home. Prefer State or National campgrounds. Usually cheaper than RV parks and a dump station is usually all that's needed. Can live without hookups. Heck, used just a tent for years. Still do on canoe trips with RV as a base camp.
