Well you have to chalk it up to something but IMO it's not because they are so busy they can't take a few minutes to pick up the phone or fire off an email. Even if it's not responded to the same day, the next would work. It sure as hell should not take week. I would not be skeered to lay money down that one of the reasons is whoever the OP is talking with does not know the answers or knows what they're selling to begin with.
Off the top of my head I can list 6 dealers in PA,MD,and OH that would answer any question in a timely manner and if they did not know the answer would be on the phone to the factory to get it. In fact at one you would be hard pressed to get a certain sales guy to quit calling and emailing you. Too bad none of them carry what the OP is interested in.
