Unhappy with deal. Want to cancel Purchase Agreement.

Why don't you go talk to a credit union and see what type of financing you can get on your own. We purchased a 10 yr old motorhome and financed thru the credit union. They offered us a rate of 6.25 for 10 years. They didn't care what year it was - they just wanted the book loan value to be equal to or more than we were requesting to borrow. You can always go find out and then join the credit union if something is worked out so that you are a memeber and can go ahead with the loan.
