That said there are those that will idle because they think it helps. Arguing with them does no good.

Then why do it? It's like asking your camping neighbor ( or you) to control their noisy kids early in the morning or late at night and keep them from running through your campsite, or dog people, or party people, bla bla bla. Good luck with that. Pretty soon some of you you will complain the sun is shining or it's cloudy, the air has a smell to it.
I suspect there are way to many campers that would probably be wise to spend their time at home.
