I have never verified the info, but was told that endorsement was only needed for commercial vehicles/drivers. RV's are not commercial, and therefore, are exempt.
Same goes for CDL's if TV is privately owned and pulling a privately owned RV, never used "for hire". That one, I have verified, as DH wants to find a sleeper cab semi to pull our TH. Thought I could break the deal by saying I can't drive it.... No such luck.
