Upcoming RV shows

Anyone have a link to the dates for RV Shows coming up in the next few months? Primarily interested in NC south down to the Keys.

If we know / knew what model we might want is it worthwhile waiting for a " show deal " or just go ahead and negotiate now with dealers we can find online?

Thanks

That's what I've found here in Western NY too. A single dealer has a show, brings a lot of his inventory and a designated salesman/saleswoman stands by a table with accessories (grills, chairs, lights etc.) made by other companies. They mark down the trailers from their list price about 10% and people think it's a deal when you can go to their store and get more than that off the list price just by telling them what you are willing to pay for a particular trailer at any other time of the year. There are a lot of local campgrounds that have free raffles to win this or that but they are just drumming up a list of people to call so they can offer a "free" weekend stay and all you have to do is listen to how great their place is so they can try to sell you on a seasonal site purchase.
  • Here in AZ we haven't had much of any RV shows in over 10 years. The only so called RV shows are put on by a single dealer and no manufacture participation. Dealers here have said that manufactures don't sponsor very many shows any more except in a few locations around the country.

Am hoping the Camping World Rally in February will have some manufactures show up.
  • Tampa RV Show is the weekend of January 16-18. Not sure of the exact day it begins (Wed. or Thurs??), I just know it's going on that weekend.
  • Actually I did google before asking but did not find Fl shows for some reason. Will try my luck with above links and Google again. Thanks
