The original operators of the storage facility AllStar Services did in fact terminate their lease effective 12/31/13

The lease was assigned to a new company partially owned by All Star
Services. The video I linked to above goes into detail and the reluctance of City council to accept the new company due mainly to the potentially limited life of the storage facility coupled with a lease reduction of some 70k per year
