LOL, Old-biscuit, my wife made a similar comment. I kind of agree with you. I`m thinking if I paint it the same color as my truck it may not look so bad. as was said though for $75 it doesn`t hurt to try. even if it only keeps the front of my trailer free of bugs it`ll be worth it!
I only have one trip before Myrtle beach so I will see how it does with that, although that trip will be back roads with a max speed of maybe 55. I know I was getting around 7mpg at 55. so we will see. the only other variable is I got new tires in the stock size and a hwy tread, where as my previous tires where a size larger and a more aggressive off road tire (BFG A/T T/A). I know that I used to get mid 7`s with the OE size and mid to high 6`s with the BFG`s. so we will see.
Yes I was planning on putting it near the back of the X.
