When I was new at this I also thought I wanted to have all systems available in all conditions. Even upgraded my H2000 to a larger Kipor to run the air. Reality is I prefer the generator off. I used it to charge batteries periodically. But have since added batteries and inverters to run the 120v stuff as needed. If we really need air 24/7 we are looking for hookups. Solar panel now keep the battery charged and the generator sits at home. I am fairly certain solar, batteries and inverter would have no trouble with about any medical equipment when that day comes.
Even if you limit generator time to a reasonable two hours per day that would not begin to cool my trailer on a hot day. It would have to run near 24/7. :(
