When looking at a used "C", one thing I notice is that people use the bathroom to store stuff... and for some reason, it winds up being quite a smelly place, with some of the most noxious stuff stashe...

We were really lucky to find nice used travel trailers and tent trailers over the years. However, when we were looking for a 5th wheel, everything we looked at smelled or was junk. After looking at too many bad ones, we finally decided to bite the bullet and buy new.
And to stay on topic, the only non bathroom item we stored in our bathroom was fishing poles.
