I do the final dump and clean at one of several locations in the city before I park it beside our house and behind locked gates. I have several dump locations and never wait. Can choose between a dump station at chamber of commerce, one of 2 truck stops/gas ststions, the county fair grounds, or a fraternal organization of which I'm a member. If one looks around you may find lots of dump facilities that get very little use.
